Skyloh's Team Building program is designed to help teams build a collaborative and productive work environment. The program focuses on enhancing team dynamics, effective communication, self-confidence, productivity, and workflow optimization. It is delivered through a combination of role-play, brick-by-brick interventions, ice-breaking activities, and other interactive techniques to ensure maximum engagement and participation. The training programme can be delivered as a half-day workshop or as a full day programme which incorporates mental health awareness training.
